Is the shop a live stock list?
The category pages help you explore what to ask about. Current item details, measurements, prices and availability are confirmed before an order is agreed.
Does My pack place an order?
No. It holds categories and preferences for an enquiry. It does not reserve stock or create a payment obligation.
Can the measurement tool pick a size?
No. It records your measurements. Use the instructions and chart for the exact item, and ask about fit if you are unsure.
Where are my saved details kept?
Saved categories, pack preferences, walking list and dog measurements stay in this browser. They do not synchronise with account sign-in.
Are measurements sent automatically?
No. Tick Include my saved dog measurements when you send a My pack enquiry if you want those values and notes included.
How do I pay?
Use the payment reference for a separately agreed order. Sign in with the assigned account, review the full details and continue to the payment provider.
How do enquiries appear in my account?
Submit while signed in. A later registration with the same email does not reveal an earlier guest enquiry.
What if I cannot sign in?
Use Account access in the contact form. Do not send passwords. Self-service password recovery and email verification are not provided.
