Using the website
Labrador Luxe provides accessory category information, local planning tools, account access and an enquiry route. Account and enquiry functions are for people aged at least 18. Do not abuse the service or attempt to access another account.
Categories and photography
Images illustrate dogs and everyday adventures, not exact inventory. Confirm the actual product, measurements, materials, intended use, instructions, price and availability before agreement. No performance or safety certification is implied by a category page.
Local tools
Walking lists and measurement records are planning aids, not a guarantee of suitability or a size recommendation. Follow the instructions for the exact item. Local data may be lost when browser storage is cleared.
Orders and payment
A saved pack or enquiry is not an order. Merchant identity, exact goods, full price, delivery details, cancellation and return terms must be supplied in a separate order agreement. Only a payment reference assigned to your account can be paid on this site. Applicable consumer rights are not removed.
Account access
Provide accurate information and keep a unique password private. Email verification and automated password recovery are not included. Use the contact form for access problems.
Questions
Retain relevant agreements and references. Use the contact form for order support, payment questions or complaints. Site information may be updated; the agreed terms for a particular order should stay with its confirmation.
